Effective September 26, 2026

These terms cover your purchase of Levelfile products (The Levelfile Kit, Levelfile Complete, the Holiday and Summer Schedule Planner and the Levelfile Complete upgrade) from Levelfile, which is a trading name of Emanuel Chereji, Hofmannsthalweg 20/1/4, 4030 Linz, Austria.

They are short on purpose. Anything a normal person would find surprising is in bold.

What you are buying

Each Levelfile product consists of downloadable PDF files, including links to a spreadsheet workbook you copy to your own Google account or download for Excel or Numbers, for the price shown at checkout ($49 USD for The Levelfile Kit, $79 USD for Levelfile Complete, $14 USD for the Holiday and Summer Schedule Planner, $30 USD for the Levelfile Complete upgrade), delivered by download.

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay: $49 USD for The Levelfile Kit, $79 USD for Levelfile Complete, $14 USD for the Holiday and Summer Schedule Planner, $30 USD for the Levelfile Complete upgrade. No Austrian VAT is added: for a download supplied to a consumer in the United States the place of supply is the United States (§ 3a Abs 13 lit a UStG 1994), so the sale is outside Austrian VAT. Nothing is shipped, so there is no delivery charge.

It is a one time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal of anything, ever. If you are ever billed twice, that is a mistake, and emailing support@levelfile.com will fix it the same day.

Where we sell

We sell to customers in the United States. Our checkout is set up for United States buyers and our prices are in US dollars.

You are welcome to read every page of this site from anywhere in the world. We do not block visitors by country and we do not redirect them.

Delivery

Delivery is automatic. The download link appears on the order confirmation page the moment your payment goes through, and the same link is emailed to you. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

What you may do with it

You get a personal licence to download the kit, keep it, read it, print it and use it for your own purposes, including inside your own household or your own team.

You may not resell it, republish it, upload it anywhere public, or present its contents as your own work.

The text, layout, and the Levelfile name remain ours.

Refunds

30 days, no conditions, full refund, and you keep the download. Email support@levelfile.com with your order number. The full policy is in our Refund Policy, and it does not add a single condition that this sentence does not have.

The statutory warranty, which is separate from the guarantee

The guarantee above is voluntary. Independently of it, Austrian law gives you a two year statutory warranty on digital content, and for the first year the law assumes a defect was present from the start unless we prove otherwise. We cannot exclude that and we do not try to.

So if the kit does not match how we described it, is missing something we said it contained, or will not open, tell us. That is a legal entitlement, not a favour.

What we promise, and what we do not

Each Levelfile product is written guidance. We stand behind the description of what is in it.

We do not promise you a particular result. What you get out of it depends on your own situation and what you do with it, and we have no way to control either.

Liability

We are liable to you for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for any injury to life, body or health, without limit. None of that is excluded, and no clause here can be read as excluding it.

For ordinary carelessness in a matter that does not involve injury, our liability is limited to what you paid for the kit.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country you live in. Where that law gives you more than these terms do, that law wins.

Which law applies, and where you can sue

These terms are governed by Austrian law. That is a floor and not a ceiling: it cannot take away the protection that the mandatory law of your own country of residence gives you.

You keep every court you are entitled to use. If you want to sue us, you may do it in the courts where you live, and nothing here changes that. If we ever need to sue you, we will do it where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version appears here with a new effective date, and it applies to purchases made after that date.

A change never applies to a purchase you have already made, and continuing to use the site is not treated as agreeing to anything. The terms that govern your order are the ones that were on this page when you bought.
