Refund policy
Effective September 26, 2026
Every Levelfile product (The Levelfile Kit, Levelfile Complete, the Holiday and Summer Schedule Planner and the Levelfile Complete upgrade) is a digital product: downloadable PDF files, including links to a spreadsheet workbook you copy to your own Google account or download for Excel or Numbers, delivered by download as soon as your payment goes through. Nothing ships, and there is nothing to send back.
The 30 day guarantee
If the kit is not right for you, email support@levelfile.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full $49 USD for The Levelfile Kit, $79 USD for Levelfile Complete, $14 USD for the Holiday and Summer Schedule Planner or $30 USD for the Levelfile Complete upgrade you paid.
There are no conditions on this. You do not have to explain why, you do not have to prove you read it, and you keep the download either way.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@levelfile.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. That is the whole process.
A written copy of this refund policy is available on request: email support@levelfile.com and we will send it.
We reply within 1–2 business days. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear is up to your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
If you have lost the order number, email us anyway and tell us roughly when you bought. We will find it.
Your rights if something is actually wrong with the product
The guarantee above is something we offer voluntarily. It sits on top of your legal rights, it does not replace them.
Under Austrian law we owe you a two year statutory warranty on digital content, and for the first year of it the law assumes any defect was there from the start unless we show otherwise. If the kit does not match how we described it, is missing part of what was promised, or will not open, that is a warranty matter and not a goodwill matter. Tell us and we will fix it or refund it.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country you live in.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email us first. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback from your bank, and we have never refused one.
