Can’t find your download?

Your files are yours the moment payment goes through. Here is where to find them, and how to open the workbook on your phone or computer.

Search your inbox
Search the inbox of the email address you used at checkout for “Levelfile”. Your order confirmation has an Open button for each PDF and one for your workbook. It can take a few hours to arrive; the page you saw right after paying and your order page have the same PDF buttons.
Check the other folders
Look in Spam, Junk and the Promotions or Updates tabs. Mark the email as not spam so the next one lands in your inbox.
Open your order page
Your order confirmation email has a View your order button. Your files are listed on that page.
Tapped it inside Instagram or Facebook?
Their built-in browser can fail to save a file. Tap ⋯ at the top right, open the page in your browser (Safari or Chrome), then tap the Open button again.
On an iPhone
A PDF opens right in the browser: tap Share, then Save to Files. Saved downloads are in the Files app, under Downloads.
Opening the workbook
Page 2 of your PDF links to it, with the steps for the free Google Sheets app, Excel and Numbers. Inside Instagram or Facebook, open the page in Safari or Chrome first.
