Shipping policy

Effective September 27, 2026

Every Levelfile product is digital. Nothing is posted, nothing is shipped, there are no delivery charges and no customs.

How you get it

The moment your payment is confirmed, two things happen automatically:

A download link appears on the order confirmation page, straight after checkout.
The same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout.

Both happen without anyone touching them. There is no waiting for us to process anything, and no business hours involved. The email can take a little while to reach your inbox; the link on the confirmation page works straight away.

You get downloadable PDF files, including links to a spreadsheet workbook you copy to your own Google account or download for Excel or Numbers, readable on a phone, tablet or computer, and printable.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam and promotions folders first. That is where it usually is.

If it is still missing, the download link is always still available on your order confirmation page, so nothing is lost. Open the confirmation from your browser history, or email support@levelfile.com with your order number and we will send the link again.

We reply within 1–2 business days.

Delivery region

We sell to customers in the United States. The site is readable from anywhere.
